Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. HealthDevice accepts returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase as long as your item is eligible for a return or exchange. Please note: returned items will only be credited if they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Due to the nature of the healthcare items that we are selling and hygienic regulations, some items can not be returned. For example, products that have direct contact with the skin and/or hair. Please read the following guidelines to determine if your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

Returns are not allowed on these items

  • Hearing aids, earplugs, and earwax cleaning products.
  • Footcare products, including bunion aids, toe separators, and arch supports.
  • Equipment for bathroom safety (like raised toilet seats, shower/bath transfer benches, grab bars, wheelchairs, tub bars, bath lifts, commodes, etc.)
  • Face masks, eye masks, nasal sprays/drops, anti-snoring aids, oxygen tanks, and respirators
  • PPE items are non-refundable for sanitary purposes
  • Neck and Back support/cushions, and seat cushions
  • Consumables – drugs & pharmaceutical Products
  • Any package that has been opened, altered, or otherwise is unable to be resold as new.
  • Any other items that are marked as “non-returnable” within the product description on the website

Additionally, we cannot accept:

  • Requests for returns more than 30 days after purchase
  • Any item that has been altered or used
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items related to the Coronavirus, include but are not limited to face masks, goggles, antiseptic wipes, sanitizers, and cleaning products.

Please note the following guidelines for all returns:

  • All items must be returned in their original form and packaging.
  • You must return the item within 30 days from the date of your purchase (a minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns).
  • You will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the return.
  • If you are exchanging for a different size, color, or type, we may charge you for the price difference. We will refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
  • HealthDevice reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

Damages

If you received a damaged/broken item, please take pictures of the damage and the package that it arrived in. These photos are imperative to prove to the shipping company that something has been damaged during shipping. Depending on the damages, one of these things may happen:

1. The item goes back to us and you receive a new one.
2. You receive an agreed-upon full or partial credit for the damage.

Before you submit a return request, please note that all merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (please do not adhere labels to retail packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days. A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returns received between 31 and 45 days. Returns will not be accepted after 45 days.

We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy. When you ship your items back to us, please make sure that you pack the item carefully and obtain a valid tracking number. We will not be liable for lost or damaged items on the way from your address to any of our returned facilities.

If you believe your item is eligible for return/exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us and provide your order receipt or transaction ID.
  • Please wait for us to go over your return request.
  • Once we review your return request, we will ask you to return the item to us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
  • Please allow time for us to receive your package (the time will depend on your country/location).
  • It is highly recommended that you pack the item properly and ship it insured for the retail value of the item. Also, be sure to obtain a valid tracking number. We are not liable for lost or damaged items on the way from your address to any of our returned facilities.
  • Once we receive your item, we will refund your original purchase in full.
