Please note that the order processing time may vary from 1 to 4 days, and it is not included in the delivery time mentioned above. We are not responsible for customs delayed shipments. Other factors like holidays may also cause delays in receiving shipments. We do not have the power to accelerate the shipment once it’s on customs however, we strive to provide you with the fastest shipment available.

Note: We CAN NOT ship to temporary address locations such as hotels or resorts.

Shipping Methods:

We ship using different shipping methods that include but not limited to: Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, epacket and EMS. Delivery time varies with each shipping method. For example, DHL may take 2-5 business days while EMS may take 5-10 business days.

Taxes:

All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Each country has different tax rules on imported goods. We recommend you know your country’s customs policies before placing an order on our website to avoid any unexpected problems.

Please note that non-US customers are responsible for paying any taxes, or customs duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. HealthDevice may include a value on the package for customs purposes only, which may or may not be accepted by your country’s customs who may assess the value according to their own rules or judgment.

Lost Or Damaged Package:

Most packages reach their destination promptly and without any problem, however sometimes a package may get lost, damaged or stolen while in transit. HealthDevice is not responsible for customs delayed, lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Additional Policies:

We will ship to the address you enter on the checkout page or the address you entered on your HealhDevice account. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. And if you are using Paypal, make sure it matches your Paypal address. We will not be held responsible if you didn’t receive your item because of false, incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

For items with variable size, color or type. Please choose the correct item size, color or type before placing your order. Incase you have placed an order with the wrong size, color or type, please leave us a note as soon as possible and we will modify the order for you. Please note that we can only modify the order during the processing time (before shipment). Please also note that you may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges on some items.
